The front cover states “A Collection of Student Writing.” The title page carries the imprint: ©1987 Des Moines Area Community College, and lists a number of individuals as editors, production staff, etc., otherwise there is no explanation of who the contributing writers are, how included works are selected, or purpose of the publication.
