In this black and white photo a crowd of attendees inside an Ankeny campus building for the reception cake, as DMACC celebrates its10th anniversary.

From the September 27, 1976 Campus Chronicle: "A birthday party, celebrating the tenth anniversary of DMACC is planned for Sunday, Oct. 17 on the Ankeny campus. Following a special recognition ceremony, the campus will be open for tours. Games, snacks, an antique car show, and music by guest high school pep bands will be provided."
