• Old Business: Discussion of Council Requirements of Service - Discussion of Closed Session Protocol - It was noted that the Policies and Procedures committee that worked on these items need additional College Council members to volunteer to participate on that committee to contribute work on these and future work. A brief overview of College Council committees was shared for new members.

• New Business: Shared Governance definition feedback - AI at DMACC - Filling Empty Council Spots Between Elections - Vote on Student Members
